VALENTINA'S STORY
For years, I thought my body had to look a certain way to be “good enough.” Growing up, I was always told I had big legs, so I made it my mission to change them. I became obsessed with getting a thigh gap, convinced that once I had it, I’d finally feel confident, happy—worthy.
And I got it. But at a cost.
I lost my period. My hormones were completely out of balance. I was constantly exhausted, thinking about food all the time, and no matter how much smaller I got, it was never enough.
That’s when I realized—this wasn’t health. This wasn’t freedom.
So, I started unlearning everything I thought I knew about fitness, food, and my body. I stopped trying to shrink myself and started focusing on what actually made me feel good. I learned how to nourish my body, move in a way that gave me energy instead of draining me, and finally, let go of the pressure to look a certain way.
Now, after working with multiple women who have struggled with the same battles, I know this journey isn’t just mine. So many of us have been taught to fight against our bodies instead of working with them. That’s why I’m here—to help women find balance, strength, and confidence in a way that actually lasts.
You deserve to feel strong, free, and at peace with your body.
IT WASN'T ALWAYS EASY
The days I spent restricting, binging, obsessing over every bite, and thinking I had to do everything perfectly felt endless. I was exhausted, constantly chasing a number on the scale that never felt like enough. Letting go of that mindset wasn’t easy—breaking the cycle, learning to trust my body, and realizing my worth wasn’t tied to my size took time. But finding freedom, balance, and actual health was worth it. Now, I help other women do the same—because you deserve to live without that weight on your shoulders.
